DIY Upcycling: Make Headband out of old T-shirt!

Here is EASY and FAST way to make most wanted HEADBAND with BUTTONS for our frontline healthcare professionals, during COVID-19 crisis. All of us, at SEW far, SEW good Sewing Club are very passionate about Upcycling! In this easy to follow video tutorial, we will show you step by step instructions on how to make headband out of an old t-shirt. For this DIY project, here is what you are going to need: 

  • Any old t-shirt (preferably cotton/Lycra blend or cotton/poly/Lycra 

  • Sewing machine 

  • 2 Button (at least 2cm in diameter) 

  • Fabric scissors 

  • Ruler 

  • Pins 

  • Measuring tape 

  • Sewing Needle & thread.
